We implemented a pilot Smart Forest project covering 50 sq. kms of a designated forest area in the Indian State of Madhya Pradesh (MP).
This project will help prevent the trafficking of trees by using IoT devices to monitor sound waves. If there are any suspicious activities or noises (chainsaws, gunshots, vehicular traffic, etc.) within the covered region, then it is possible that traffickers might be at work.
The system immediately sends notifications to the authorities for prompt intervention.
