Designed and implemented Mike – an app that can be used by students and professionals to practice and improve public speaking and communication skills. Mike’s sequential approach utilizes the principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which has proven to be a highly effective method of overcoming anxiety and achieving mastery. CBT works in part by breaking up anxiety-provoking activities into more manageable, sequential steps.
